John Crook continues his photographic exploration of Brede between the 1880s and the 1960s, taking us on a ‘Street View’style stroll through the village, and recalling some of the characters from those distant days.
Dr Crook (www.john-crook.com) was born in Brede where he now lives. He is an architectural historian and archaeological consultant, and has published many books on a variety of historical subjects, both as author and photographer.
Admission £10 per person (CASH payments at door only please), including ‘nibbles’ and wine or soft drinks.There will also be a raffle!
Parking will be available at the Red Lion car park or the church car park(s) in Waterworks Lane
